£2.2M = STUNNING STIRLINGSHIRE FUNDING SUCCESSES

£1.2m will be invested in Dunblane and £1m will be invested in Raploch as a result of the Scottish Conservatives ‘Town Centre Regeneration Fund’ initiative and the hard work carried out by the local communities to secure the funding.

The funding boost for Dunblane and Raploch are among the largest awards in Scotland and underlines the effort and strong proposals put forward by the communities. Mid-Scotland & Fife Conservative MSP Murdo Fraser has congratulated the two communities on their successful bids.

MSP Murdo Fraser said:

“I warmly congratulate everyone involved in the hugely successful bids for Dunblane and Raploch. The Stirling area is one of the biggest beneficiaries of the Scottish Conservatives ‘Town Centre Regeneration Fund’ and the funding will be put to good use for the people of Dunblane and Raploch.

“This funding is a direct result of the Scottish Conservatives ‘Town Centre Regeneration Fund’ initiative, which we forced the Scottish Government to adopt as part of this year's Budget negotiations, and Dunblane and Raploch are now benefiting from these Conservative proposals.”
