Wishart should apologise to armed forces families
Conservative Candidate for the British Parliament Peter Lyburn says SNP
MP Pete Wishart should apologise for his actions at Westminster this
week when he described as "boring" the solemn tributes being paid to 37
British servicemen killed in Afghanistan while Parliament was in recess.
"SNP MP Pete Wishart should hang his head in shame and apologise to the
families of the servicemen killed in Afghanistan whose names were read
out in the British Parliament this week . For Mr Wishart to write on
Twitter that the proceedings were boring is a grave insult to those who
gave their lives and to those who are putting their lives on the line
every day for our country.
"Perthshire has a proud and strong bond with the Black Watch Regiment and
everyone in Perthshire will be bitterly disappointed with Mr Wishart."
