Struan Stevenson talks to members

Scone Palace event
Struan Stevenson MEP was the guest of honour at the recent buffet at Scone Palace. A huge thank you goes to Briony, Georgie and their team for their hard work in organising the event and providing food and drink. A total of £1218 was raised on the evening.

'New 2 You' fund-raising venture in Coupar Angus
Perth and North Perthshire Conservatives held a New to You Sale at 11 George Street, Coupar Angus from Monday 22 September. The shop opened every day from 10am - 4pm and closed at 4pm on Saturday 27 September.
Cllr Dennis Melloy said, 'A donation from all the money raised over the week will be made to the Coupar Angus Pipe Band and the town's Christmas Light fund. There will be a great many bargins to be had and I hope many local people will visit the shop over the course of the week.'

Another Successful Scone Barbecue
Once again, Scone branch held their annual barbecue at Stormontfield. The rain held off, and a large number of members and friends turned up. A special presentation of a signed certificate from David Cameron was given to former branch chairman and longstanding party worker Georgie Watson, who had been unable to claim it in person at the recent Scottish conference.

Annabel Goldie talks to members at the buffet supper

Excellent turnout for buffet supper
Grandtully hall was the venue for a buffet supper with Annabel Goldie, Leader of the Scottish Conservatives, as the guest of honour. There was an excellent turnout and a large sum was raised. Many thanks to all who helped to make the evening such a success, especially the ladies who prepared the food.

St Andrews Day Dinner
A St Andrews Day dinner was held at the Hangar Function suite at Perth Airport with Annabel Goldie as guest speaker. The meal was created by members of the Association and was followed by a charity auction. The event was a great success and raised a considerable sum for the Association. Thanks go to all concerned.
